convenient stay
quiet room easy walk
block out blinds allowed a good night's sleep. i also found the location convenient. i easily walked to multiple food options and the central business district.
some appliances in my room were broken. they replaced them when i asked the reception. the coffee at the cafe downstairs was very poor quality.

great location decent room helpful storage
The location was fantastic, right by the waterfront. the room was a decent size. It was nice and clean. bag storage before check-in helped a lot.
the pillows are a bit thin for my liking.

The staff were quite friendly and very helpful. early check-in was possible, and baggage storage was available. i really appreciated the efficiency shown at reception. It made everything smoother!!!

key site free tram satisfying breakfast basic room missing item mini bar
the location is great. it is in walking distance to many key sites. free tram access throughout the downtown area is available. breakfast was satisfying.
the room was basic. it had shampoo and conditioner that was full size but no other vanity items were provided. the room had no mini bar, not even a free bottle of water.
